If you are looking for a modular home in Colorado, there is really no reason to look elsewhere than Premier Community Homes. When we were looking to build our home, we visited a couple builders in the area. We were referred to Premier Community Homes and it was the best thing that could have happened.
We had absolutely no idea where to start but from the beginning it was clear that Jay Scolnick was not only experienced in the process of purchasing and building of modular homes but that he would bend over backwards to make the experience as stress free and painless as possible. There was clear communication and no broken promises. We actually had a great time planning our home! Jay not only listened to what we needed but delivered with speed and professionalism. The build quality is great and we got exactly what we wanted for a price we could afford. We truly don't know if we could have done it without him.
